Minnesota SPJ has a unique opportunity for its members this month. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office has agreed to open its doors to SPJ members for a private tour and meeting. Go behind the scenes to learn how medical examiners do their jobs, the role they play in solving crimes, and how the ME’s office can help media members.

Time: 2:30 p.m.
Where: Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office (530 Chicago Ave., Minneapolis, just across 6th Street from HCMC.)
Space is limited to the first 12 Minnesota SPJ members who sign up. Please send an email to minnesota.spj@gmail.com with your name and contact information (phone, email, address). We will email you with a confirmation notice and more detailed information.
Note: If you sign up and we’ve already reached our tour limit, SPJ will put you a waiting list and will contact you if a space opens up. If you are unable to attend, please email Minnesota SPJ by Tuesday, December 8th so we can find another member to take your tour spot.
