Event- One Year Later: The Press, Politics and President Obama- Feb. 10

A discussion event organized by Twin Cities Black Journalists and University of Minnesota student group PRISM will explore the role of diversity in the media and attempt to answer the following questions:

Have the media changed since President Obama’s inauguration? Has there been an impact on diversity in the news? What effects will there be on how reporters portray communities of color in the future?
