Deadline Extension — Buy Page One Tickets by Friday!

We’ve extended the deadline to buy tickets for the 2019 Page One Awards until midnight Friday, May 24.

This year’s event, which is scheduled for Tuesday, June 4, will feature a keynote address from Gov. Tim Walz, Minnesota’s 41st Governor.

Angela Davis of Minnesota Public Radio will host the awards ceremony, which celebrates the best in Minnesota journalism.

Longtime Star Tribune journalist Lori Sturdevant will be recognized with the annual Peter S. Popovich Award for steadfast defense and support of First Amendment freedoms.

Ticket prices are $45 for SPJ members, and $60 for non-members. Ticket prices increase by $5 after the deadline.
