Please join us the evening of Tuesday, June 16 to celebrate the winners of our annual Page One Awards contest. We’ll honor and celebrate the state’s best journalism with an evening of fun at The Lowlands in St. Paul.
This year’s contest drew more than 550 entries representing every corner of the state. Each of our first place finishers will receive plaques, while second place, third place and honorable mentions will receive certificates.
We will also announce the winners of the A-Mark Prize for Investigative Journalism in Minnesota. The contest, now in its second year, rewards journalists and their newsrooms with $15,000 in prize money for ambitious, well-researched reporting that exposes wrongdoing, holds powerful individuals accountable, or explores complex problems, issues or subjects facing Minnesota.
We’ve got a great night planned, with a cocktail hour, dinner and dessert. We’ll have more information about the program – including some surprise guests! – in the weeks ahead. But spots are limited, so secure your ticket today!
Tickets are $60 per person. The ticket includes appetizers and dinner. Tables are available at a discounted rate of $350 (table seats 6 people). There will be a cash bar serving beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
